Terms & Conditions

  • For bookings greater than £191 booked with 'Awd Tuts' cottage, a non - refundable Booking Fee of £100 per week booked is required.
  • For bookings of up to £190 a non-refundable £75 Booking Fee is required.
    (Booking Fee is Payable within 3 working days of confirmation of booking or booking may be cancelled without notice).
  • For short notice bookings i.e 5 days or less before your arrival date - payment must be made via credit or debit card. This will incur a 3.4% charge.
  • At Christmas, New Year and Goth Weekends an extra 'refundable' deposit is required. Pick here for details.
  • The above Booking Fee secures your holiday dates and will be deducted from the total amount owed.
  • All payments must be paid in full 8 weeks before the booked date, or immediately, if less than 8 weeks until your 'Booked date' otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
  • Guests will be admitted from 2pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of Departure.
  • We reserve the right to levy an additional charge if the cottage is not vacated on time.
  • Awd Tuts Cottage sleeps up to 4 adults + infant under 2 years of age (due to cot age-limit restriction)
  • Riverside Cottage sleeps up to 6 adults + infant under 2 years of age (due to cot age-limit restriction)
  • The number of people staying in either cottage must NOT exceed the numbers above.
  • Cot bedding to be provided by guests - we DO NOT provide this.
  • All persons staying in the cottage must be listed on the 'Booking Form' for insurance purposes.

 

  • No one but the persons named on the 'Booking Form' shall occupy the cottage
  • (We reserve the right to refuse admission if this condition is not observed)
  • The owner reserves the right to enter the premises at any reasonable time for access and remedial work
  • All visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay.
  • The cottage must be left clean and tidy.
  • Reasonable care must be taken with regard to furniture, fixtures and fittings.
  • Whilst we try to ensure all cottage appliances and systems are working correctly - in the event of breakdown or fault we endeavour to rectify as soon as possible.
  • Any damages, breakages or loss of any equipment is the legal responsibility of the guests and as such will be chargeable.
  • In the interests of our guests, in order to maintain very high standards, the cottage is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
  • By completing the cottage Booking Form or by e-mail or telephone booking agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on this page.
  • N.B. If the holiday is cancelled within the final 8 weeks you will be charged the full amount unless we are able to rebook the cottage - in this instance your full payment minus the booking fee will be refunded to you within seven days.
  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking we will return all monies paid, back to you within seven days.
  • The cottage is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed.
  • We do not accept any responsibility and cannot be held accountable for any loss, damage or injury that occurs from the use of this cottage or its contents.
  • By staying in the cottage you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being, and also for the safety and well being of all other persons in your party.
